With the help of Jean-Marie, a farmer, Séverine and Cécile, two dyers, decided to return to the roots of their craftsmanship and to bring back to life a 100% natural vegetable dye: woad. Green Door Stories met them and followed every step of the process, from seed to dyeing. Passionate about that “blue gold”, Séverine, Cécile and Jean-Marie are striving to set up an independent and durable process.
